Book Review: The Fight of Our Lives by William J. Bennett & Seth Liebsohn

The authors give us a 10-year history from 9/11 to the present of the forces that were responsible for great tragedy of our time. How has America dealt with the radicals of Islam as well as the more moderates within their religion? What has America done right? What have we done wrong? What needs to happen to subdue these extremists?

Although sometimes a little slow and repetitive, this book did keep my attention with the many insights into the facets of the beliefs being taught throught the Islam religion today. I also liked that the authors did not shoot political arrows to any certain party and that suggestions for future progress were offered. They didn't just report the news, but looked ahead to the direction our previous decisions will take us. Very informative and inspiring.
